Terms of service

ReDooIt turns photos you upload into AI-generated images and short videos using templates we provide. Results are produced by automated AI models and vary from one attempt to the next; we do not promise that a result will look a particular way or be free of errors.

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it. We may ask to approve new accounts before they can generate, and we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have that person's permission to use it this way. You keep all rights in your photos. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to the AI model providers we use, only for the purpose of producing your results and running the service.

Your uploads and results are private to your account. We do not publish them, and we do not use them to train AI models.

• Upload or create sexual content involving anyone under 18, or sexual or intimate content of any real person without their consent.
• Create content meant to deceive, defame, harass, threaten or impersonate a real person, or to mislead people about real events.
• Upload or create anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Open several accounts to obtain more free credits, get around usage limits, or resell access to the service.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the site, or access it by automated means without our written permission.

We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund where the rules were clearly broken.

As between you and us, the results generated from your photos are yours to use, including commercially, to the extent the law allows. Laws on rights in AI-generated material differ between countries, so we cannot promise that a result is protected by copyright. You are responsible for how you use your results.

• Generating uses credits. The cost of each template and quality is shown before you start and on the pricing page.
• New accounts receive 40 free credits once. Free accounts on the same network share a limit of 40 credits of generations per day.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• Monthly plan credits do not carry over: at the start of each month of your subscription your balance is topped up to your plan's allowance.
• Credits bought in a pack do not expire and are used after your monthly credits.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money except as set out in our refund policy.

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• A plan renews automatically each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Taxes may be added where they apply.
• You can cancel at any time on the pricing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and you keep the credits you have left.
• Upgrading starts a new billing period immediately: you pay the full price of the new plan, your credits are topped up to its allowance, and the remainder of your old period is not refunded. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays in place while payment is retried but no new monthly credits are added until it succeeds. If it keeps failing, the plan ends.
• If a payment is disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the credits it paid for are removed and the account may be suspended while the dispute is open.
• We may change prices or what a plan includes. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you beforehand.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

We try to keep the site running, but it is provided "as is" and may be unavailable, slow or changed at times. We may add, change or remove templates and features. If we close the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused credit packs bought in the previous 12 months.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
