Privacy policy

• Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• Photos you upload and the results. The photos you submit, the options you choose for a template, and the images and videos generated from them. Photos of people can show sensitive information about them; only upload photos you are entitled to use.
• Payments. Stripe processes payments. We receive a customer reference, what you bought, and the status of your subscription. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage records. Your credit balance and its history, which templates you ran and when, and whether each one succeeded.
• Technical data. When you sign in we record your IP address and browser type with the session, for security. For generations on free accounts we also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address, which lets us apply the daily free limit without storing the address itself.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are. It does not receive your photos, results or email address.

• To run the service: sign you in, produce your results, show your library, and keep track of credits.
• To take payments, apply refunds and prevent fraud and abuse of free credits.
• To keep the site secure and fix problems.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data, we do not use your photos or results to train AI models, and we do not show your uploads or results to other users. Example images on the site are made by us.

We share data only with companies that help us run the service, and only what each needs:

• AI model providers. Your uploaded photo and the instructions for the template are sent to third-party AI providers to produce your result. They process it on our behalf and return the result to us.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Google, for sign-in and, if you consent, analytics.
• Cloudflare, which carries traffic between you and the site.

Some of these companies process data in other countries, including the United States. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. For the current list of providers, ask us at [email protected].

We use a small number of cookies that the site cannot work without: they keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. Analytics cookies from Google are set only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time:

We keep your account, uploads and results until you delete them or ask us to, so that your library keeps working. Payment and credit records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sign-in sessions expire on their own.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account together with your uploads and results, by emailing [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We will act on it within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or complaining to your data protection authority.

ReDooIt is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the site, tell us and we will delete the account.
