Questions
What is a credit?
Each generation uses credits: a fixed amount per template and quality, listed on this page. Images cost less than videos.
What if a generation fails?
The credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
Do unused credits carry over?
Monthly plan credits do not: at the start of each month of your subscription your balance is topped back up to your plan's allowance. Credits from a pack never expire, and are only used once your monthly ones have run out.
Can I buy credits without a plan?
Yes. Credit packs work on any account, including free ones. High quality and batches are part of the Plus and Pro plans.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
On this page. An upgrade starts a new billing period straight away: you pay the full price of the new plan and your credits are topped up to its allowance. The remainder of your old period is not refunded. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep any credits you have left.
Is there a daily limit on the free plan?
Free accounts on the same network share 40 credits of generations a day. Plans and credit packs are not limited.
What does High quality change?
For images: sharper 2k detail and a closer likeness. For videos: our best model: steadier motion, closer likeness.
